In light of several new changes in our company during the past few months, we’ve changed our name and given ourselves a makeover. We’ve expanded, hiring new staff whose skill and attention to customer service should take us to the next level (if not, they’re fired).

Embarrassingly, we hadn’t updated our own site in 5 years!  We've been to busy helping clients, we guess. Unbelievably, we still received occasional compliments on our site – but man, the thing just had to go.  The new site’s still a work in progress, but we hope you’ll enjoy the sneak preview.  While we work on it, please let us know if you have any problems with the site or have any suggestions.

We've partnered with CoreXchange to house our servers.  Located just down the street from us at the Dallas Infomart, CoreXchange provides a safe, secure and powerful facility and resources to Big D Hosting.  Our customers will notice a big difference (if they don't, they're just not very observant!).

We've acquired the new servers in anticipateion of new business an in an effort to free up additional resources for some of our expanding shared server customers.
