You can pay by the month, quarterly or annually.  We can setup recurring billing to allow you to make payments on time without having to login to our billing system or send a payment by mail.   Our billing system accepts most major credit cards, checks, PayPal, and even Google Checkout.

We will have your hosting account setup within 24 hours (usually within an hour or two) after your payment has been made.  You'll receive an FTP login as well as a login to our billing and support system.  If you're working with our sister company Big D Creative, they will have this information and can setup your temporary site or move your current site to that location immediately.

No, actually our server facility is located here in Dallas, Texas, just minutes from our corporate office.  

Yes.  We provide access to your accounts 24 hours a day.  Problems with our servers and billing system are very rare, but if for some reason you have trouble with any of your accounts or website, please contact us at your earliest convenience and we'll rectify the problem.

You bet your buns we can.  We can host international domains from any country of origin. Note that some international domains require that you have a contact in that country and list them in the WHOIS information. 

Absolutely.  We can we register most domains for you at $29.99 per year.  Some domains (like .tv) are more expensive, but we'll let you know in advance if this is the case. 

Big D Hosting removes the confusion from the domain registration process.  We will register your domain, setup the nameservers and manage DNS for you.  Most customers don't know how to do these things and don't have 45 minutes to spend on hold with GoDaddy or Register.com, so we want to make the process as easy as possible for them.

No way!  We own our servers.

Way!  We love our resellers.  You sell a hosting package and you make 1/3 of the revenue.  We can work out special pricing, too.  Call Curt at 214.741.4529 to setup your reseller agreement.

Not unless you want us to!  Seriously, though... we wouldn't do that to you.  Your site is your business and you maintain control over it.  If you need help, our sister company, Big D Creative, would love to have your web design business.

One meeeeeelion dollars.  Actually, Big D Hosting does not offer unlimited bandwidth.  No one does.  Companies who claim to offer unlimited bandwidth do so for single users or place other limits on the definition.  Read their fine print and you'll see what we mean. 

Yep, we'll let you cancel your account at any time and refund you for any unused months.  If for any reason you not satisfied with our services in the first 30 days of signing up for your account, you may cancel and receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot refund domain registration fees. 

Sure.  The additional cost is just the difference between your existing plan and the upgraded plan.  We don't charge a setup fee or any additional cost for this service.
